Region recording, save locations, and menu bar stability

• Fixed a possible crash when starting a region recording after the countdown, and kept the main window out of the way while selecting an area. #1
• Recordings now use the folder selected in Settings → General instead of always using the default location. #2
• Hardened menu bar context-menu handling to avoid rare crashes while idle or quitting the app.

Fixed an issue where the recording HUD cancel button did not respond; the confirmation dialog now appears reliably.

• If the writer fails during recording, SceneCap now stops cleanly and reports the error instead of silently producing a damaged or incomplete file.
